Experience the Minden Opera House

Our mission is to entertain the public, inspire future generations, and promote the arts in a majestic venue.

Since 1891

Constructed in 1891, the Minden Opera House was viewed as a historical tribute to area arts and culture. It was completely renovated in 1999-2000 to serve as an attractive center for both the community and the region.

At MOH not only do we host first-rate performances by the Minden Community Players, but we bring in high-quality performances by professional artists from all over the world.

Art Gallery

During the year, the MOH Gallery features work by six artists with Nebraska ties. Receptions are held to allow guests the opportunity to personally meet the artist.
